Role Description
This role reports to the Head of Digital. You will drive social media campaigns and digital marketing for our roster by running high-volume posting across curated pages we operate.
These include fan pages, niche and interest pages, themed accounts, and community-driven channels. You will not post on artist socials. You will use specialized tools and strategies to generate scale, activity, and platform signals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Discord.
Responsibilities
• Post multiple times per day across a curated ecosystem of fan pages, niche edits pages, themed meme pages, and other non-artist-owned accounts
• Create new pages based on research into emerging trends, niches, audience clusters, and high-opportunity regions
• Track performance and maintain KPIs across platforms
• Flag deviations, identify trends early, and recommend pivots
• Support digital advertising campaigns including execution, creative pulls, and reporting Research influencer and creator marketing opportunities across regions and niches
• Support the Head of Digital across all digital marketing operations
• Help expand our internal creator and fan network and maintain relationships with page owners, editors, and community members
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of online culture across gaming, anime and animation, meme ecosystems, and music communities
• Proven experience building or managing communities, edits networks, fan pages, or creator collectives
• Comfortable planning and executing paid social campaigns
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and turn it into decisions
• Excellent communication and outreach skills with a relationship-building mindset
• Experience mobilizing fans or creators in music or gaming is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Discord admin, analytics dashboards, or CRM tools
Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Head of Digital for day-to-day activities
• Collaborates with the CEO on big-picture strategy and direction
• Works directly with artists and the internal marketing team on campaign execution and creative
• Initiatives when needed
