As the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll oversee our artists' day-to-day digital presence, shape social strategy, help strategize content, manage online communities, and support major campaign launches.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day social strategy and posting across Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, email/SMS, etc.
- Build and execute digital campaigns for releases, tours, videos, and major moments from concept to rollout ensuring all assets are created, delivered, and optimized across platforms.
- Own the email and SMS flow from crafting messaging for announcements, drops, surprise moments, and everything in between.
- Use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and understand what fans are responding to.
- Brainstorm and occasionally help make content (video clips, graphics, memes) that keep our feed fresh and on brand.
- Help build social calendars and rollout timelines to keep campaigns organized and on track.
- Write sharp, in-voice copy that brings each artist's personality to life.
- Maintain relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of new features, tools, and best practices.
- Keep a pulse on what's next with emerging platforms, formats, and creative opportunities and bring forward fresh ideas for how our artists can tap into them.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS - 3–7+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management (music/entertainment preferred).
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to craft compelling artist driven stories across platforms.
- Exceptional writing skills - sharp, clean, on brand, and adaptable across voices.
- Deep understanding of fan culture, online communities, platform behavior, and the ever evolving internet.
- Confident juggling multiple artists/projects in fast-moving, high-volume environments, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines without dropping the details.
- Highly motivated, creative, organized, and detail oriented, with genuine passion for digital culture.
- A collaborative team player with the confidence to take initiative and lead when needed.
- Comfortable interpreting data and using insights to guide creative and strategic decisions.
- Proficient using a range of digital tools from analytics dashboards to scheduling platforms and content creation apps.
- Passionate about music, technology, pop culture and the coolest things happening on the internet.
- Open to occasional evening or weekend work during releases, shoots, or special moments.
- Bonus skills: Photoshop, video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), HTML, Discord/Reddit moderation
- Passionate about music, storytelling, and building fan-focused digital experiences.
