Versus Creative is a Los Angeles-based, music-focused agency that specializes in building communities and experiences that connect people to artists and culture. We work with some of the world’s most renowned music festivals, musicians, and brands to architect and execute marketing campaigns, experiential strategies, content direction, and partnerships. Recent agency clients include Goldenvoice Festivals (Coachella & Stagecoach), Tom Petty, Wu-Tang Clan, Yerba Madre, Republic Records, and more.

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING COORDINATOR
We’re looking for a full-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a meaningful role in strategy support and day-to-day execution across a variety of music, brand, and festival projects, helping bring content to life on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and through partnerships and IRL spaces. The right candidate has some prior social media and/or brand marketing experience, strong instincts, and is ready to take ownership of project workflows while collaborating closely with project leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support planning and execution of social media content calendars across platforms
• Own day-to-day community management including comments and relevant cultural conversations
• Create and edit lightweight, platform-native content for channels including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Prepare analytics reports and help surface clear takeaways and recommendations for internal teams and clients
• Support project leads on social media & marketing initiatives while helping drive day-to-day momentum across accounts
• Align on approvals, deadlines, asset delivery, organization, and follow-through with clients and collaborators
• Research influencers and creators, and help coordinate outreach, partnerships, and related logistics
• Draft creative briefs, write captions and copy, and support the creative team in content development for Social and Brand clients
• Support in building case studies and recap materials on client work
• Support in creating brand client strategy decks, marketing agreements, and related campaign materials
• Help project manage brand campaigns by keeping timelines, deliverables, next steps, and internal teams moving

WHO YOU ARE
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities at once
• A self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• A clear and thoughtful communicator who collaborates well and follows through
• Familiar with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook)
• Comfortable using Apple products and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, with the ability to make lightweight edits and content updates
• Passionate about music and tuned into artists, festivals, internet culture, and platform behavior
• Someone with prior experience in social media, brand marketing, project coordination, or a related creative role who is eager to keep growing in a fast-paced environment
