We’re a boutique artist management team looking for a highly organized, hungry and creatively driven Day-to-Day Manager to join our core crew. You’ll work across all facets of a high-level touring electronic artist’s career — from digital strategy and content to tour planning, marketing and brand partnerships.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving creative environment.
Required
• Past agency, label, or artist management experience (forward-facing roles preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Support on day-to-day operations and long-term planning for artist projects
• Manage calendars, schedules, travel logistics, and press/brand deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact between artists, agents, labels, publicists, and partners
• Own timelines and logistics for releases, content shoots, and marketing campaigns
• Execute and ideate content and platform strategies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor social metrics, trends, and digital growth opportunities
• Identify new AI tools and tech to improve workflows and visibility
• Coordinate creative approvals, deadlines, and rollouts across teams
• Be proactive — always anticipating, organizing, and problem-solving
Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years in artist management, label services, or agency settings
• Direct experience supporting or managing a high-level artist
• Deep understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with content strategy and short-form video platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Google Suite, digital task tools, etc.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across time zones
Bonus Points
• Experience with marketing & DSP timelines, content creation and brand partnerships execution
• Familiarity with AI tools and visual content software
• Passion for electronic music, Pop music and the behind-the-scenes work that powers it
• Experience pitching demos, finding new artists for features, and catalog registration and maintenance
