Salary: USD 50000.00 - 65000.00 annually

Category: Licensing/Sync/Supervision

Who We Are:
Koze Music Publishing is a** full service Publishing administration & Sync agency based out of Los Angeles, Nashville and Auckland, NZ.**
Our team consists of a driven group of like-minded, motivated individuals who embrace their passion for advocating our artists and songwriters in the world of Sync Licensing and Music Publishing Administration.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creatively minded Sync & Publishing Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. If you’re passionate about music, eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience at a publisher, sync company, label, or music supervision company. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your contributions are valued and there is real room to grow.
This role offers a flexible mix of remote work and in-person collaboration. Candidates must be based in Los Angeles. Please do NOT apply if you are not based in Los Angeles.
Why Koze Might Be A Good Fit For You:
You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across all aspects of sync and publishing—both creative and administrative.
