About the Role
Laight Street Media is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented coordinator who is passionate about music, culture, and brand partnerships. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting artist partnerships across tours, music videos, campaigns, and live events. You’ll be involved in both creative and operational execution, working closely with talent teams, brands, and internal stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to build a career at the intersection of music, marketing, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of brand partnerships across music videos, tours, and campaigns
• Assist on set and on-site for shoots, live events, and activations
• Coordinate logistics including travel, hotels, schedules, and production needs
• Build and manage calendars, meeting invites, and internal timelines
• Conduct brand outreach and help identify new partnership opportunities
• Create and maintain outreach trackers and follow-ups
• Support deal flow and assist in organizing partnership materials
• Develop intel reports including music trends, artist insights, and brand landscape research
• Compile monthly insights decks on emerging artists, cultural trends, and partnership opportunities
• Manage administrative tasks across multiple projects with strong attention to detail

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willing to travel and be on-site for productions and events
• Interested in brand partnerships, marketing, and deal-making
Qualifications
• Recent graduate or 1-3 years of relevant experience (agency, label, management, brand, or media)
• Familiarity with social platforms and digital culture
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Bonus: experience with HubSpot or CRM tools
