**POSITION SUMMARY **
The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day ticketing operations and supporting the successful execution of ticket sales for live events. This role goes beyond frontline customer service by owning ticketing workflows, maintaining system accuracy, coordinating complimentary ticket distribution, and serving as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and event partners. The Ticketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless ticketing experience from event setup through post-event reconciliation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 
Ticketing Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate ticket sales activities and support customers with purchases, seating options, pricing, availability, and event details.
• Assist with event builds, ticket inventory updates, pricing changes, and promotions within the ticketing system.
• Monitor ticket sales and inventory to identify and escalate issues or discrepancies.
Ticketing System Management
• Maintain accurate ticketing data by processing transactions, updating customer records, and auditing inventory in ticketing platforms.
• Generate and review basic ticketing reports to support internal tracking and event performance.
Event & Box Office Support
• Coordinate with box office staff, venue teams, and event organizers to ensure ticketing readiness before and during events.
• Support event-day ticketing operations, including troubleshooting system or access issues as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the Ticketing Manager and internal departments to improve ticketing processes and customer experience.
• Provide feedback and insights on ticketing trends, recurring issues, and operational improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or ticketing operations is preferred.
**Skills: **
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems or customer management software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for payment processing.
Report to: Ticketing Manager
Classification: Full-time, Exempt, Hybrid (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 
Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
