THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations and working closely with North America Director of Ticketing & Revenue, the Ticketing Manager (Global, Non-North American Markets) plays a key role in managing day-to-day ticketing operations for SUPER’s live events and VIP programs across all global markets outside of North America. A strong focus will be on the European and UK markets; however, this role leads ticketing builds across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional with strong experience in ticketing builds, on-sale coordination, and cross-departmental communication. The Ticketing Manager ensures all regional ticketing operations run efficiently and that SUPER remains a leader in premium ticketing across markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ticketing Operations & Coordination
• Manage day-to-day VIP ticketing operations for tours, one-off events, and travel packages.
• Liaise with artist internal company management to ensure satisfaction with ticket holds and builds. 
• Lead on all communications and materials for select onsales including things such as:
• Ticket limits & age restrictions
•  Face value price structure and scaling
• Booking fees, types of ticket stock & associated billing details
• Seating plans and package seating locations
• Set up forms for third parties (ticketing partners, artist websites etc)
• Scheduling of email blasts and social posts on artist channels
• Coordinate and approve ticket builds with ticketing agents (Ticketmaster, AXS, See Tickets, etc.), ensuring accuracy in pricing, seat maps, and VIP configurations.
• Program, maintain and audit in house ticketing systems for off platform secondary market sales.
• Coordinate on-sale timelines across time zones, ensuring VIP packages are visible, transacting and accurate for all pre-sales and public on-sale periods.
• Auditing ticketing platforms during sales period to ensure proper functionality.
• Work closely with the Client Services, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to align on deliverables, pricing, and launch timing.
• Monitor sales performance and proactively identify opportunities to maximize sell-through and revenue.
• Lead negotiations on fee structures to ensure the most cost effective pricing structure for company and clients.
• Managing relationships with promoter, ticketing and venue stakeholders.
• Provide remote operational support to onsite teams during live event periods.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with the Client Services team on VIP package details, including pricing, inclusions, and copy.
• Manage the creation of documentation for promoters, venues, and ticketing entities.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across artist, venue, and ticketing websites and social media platforms.
• Support other regional ticketing teams and share best practices to maintain global consistency.
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
• Maintain sales and inventory tracking reports using Airtable, Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and validations).
• Provide timely reporting and insights to the Senior Director, Business Operations and Finance team.
• Reconcile ticketing data for settlements and ensure alignment with financial records.
• Seek opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements between Ticketing and other departments.
• Stay current on market trends, new platforms, and evolving ticketing technologies within the UK/EU market.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across applicable markets.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
Experience: 3–5 years of promoter ticketing or box office experience within the UK and European live events market (UK & EU required, additional markets preferred).
Platforms: Working knowledge of Ticketmaster, AXS, and See Tickets (DIY platform such as Universe or Tixr experience is advantageous).
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English
• Excellent organizational ability with proven success managing multiple concurrent on-sales.
• Proactive and adaptable - comfortable operating across time zones and in a fast-paced touring environment.
• Detail-driven with strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time decisions under pressure and within time constraints.
• Collaborative and confident when working with both internal teams and external partners.
