More than just a marketing company, we’re pioneers in building meaningful fan engagement and targeted local audience development. We’re looking for a TikTok Content Creator & Community Manager (remote) to join our growing team.
This freelance role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about TikTok, deeply immersed in music and fan culture, and excited by the challenge of creating content that resonates globally. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging short-form video content, exploring and managing fan communities, and helping artists tell their stories in ways that truly connect with their audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Create compelling TikTok content using artist assets, trending formats, and storytelling that reflects fan culture
• Use editing tools like CapCut, TikTok’s native features, and other mobile-first video apps to bring ideas to life
• Craft engaging captions and select relevant hashtags to boost visibility and spark conversation
• Dive into fandoms, explore fanlore, and uncover untold or overlooked stories that deserve the spotlight
• Propose and develop creative concepts that align with each artist’s identity and audience
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including publishing content, maintaining consistent activity, and actively engaging with the community through comments, likes, and interactions to foster audience connection and platform visibility
• Stay on top of emerging TikTok trends, viral memes, audio trends, and content formats
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader campaign strategies
• Monitor post performance and learn what works through insights and trends

Skills:
• A strong understanding of TikTok culture and short-form video trends
• Passion for music, fandoms, internet culture, and storytelling
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. using CapCut, TikTok’s in-app editor, or similar tools)
• A creative thinker who’s constantly inspired by what's happening online
• Strong writing skills and a knack for creating attention-grabbing captions
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Curious about audiences and what makes them engage
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
