Description
• To be a Touring Coordinator for Alternate Side, a management company based in the US managing acts like Cavetown, Hot Mulligan, Beach Bunny, Fit For a King, Citizen, and more
• To be the point person under the touring department at the company to enact the below duties
• Work examples are not limited to, but will include: budgeting, flight + hotel booking/arranging, gear buying and shipping, immigration setup, and vehicle/rehearsal bookings
Job Duties
• Communicate with head of touring team and take lead on assigned projects
• Calendar upkeep for artists regarding flights and hotels, making sure its in the respective manager and band’s calendars using airtable
• Set lists and tour routing updates to publishers after each artist tour
• Represent company and artists with respect, pride, and compassion at shows, meetings, and events 
• Updating budgets with realtime costs
• Building Atvenu for clients and updating stock/pricing for the start of tour (If merch company does not handle)
• Building gear manifests and converting if needed for international travel
• Organizing all receipts and making sure the appropriate personnel have them
• Familiarity with Master Tour/Daysheets, data entry into those programs 
• Basic knowledge of touring production 
• General tour related data entry / spreadsheet building and information sharing
Ideal Efficiencies
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff members and artist teams
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency and openness with macOS, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, MasterTour, Dropbox, Todoist, 1Password, and Mail apps
• Handling a busy inbox and thoroughly responding to and taking action on emails when needed
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Team player attitude and a “get it done” mentality 
• Affinity for a small company environment
• Forward thinking-thinking ahead to catch issues before they can happen
• Ability to travel for representing artists and company at shows and festivals
