Freelance Video Technician
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Video Technician to be added to our contracting roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of video equipment for events, productions, and broadcasts. The ideal individual will possess a strong technical background and a passion for video technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate video equipment for live events, livestreams, and broadcasts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to determine specific video requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all video operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video production and technology, preferably in a live event setting.
• Experience with Ross Carbonite switchers.
• Experience with video walls and Propresenter is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
