Accounts Receivable & Venue Settlements Coordinator

237 Global is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Venue Settlements Coordinator to manage the post-show financial settlement process for our VIP experiences. This role will be responsible for reconciling ticket sales and fees after each event, preparing settlements with venues, and issuing invoices to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection.
This position works closely with the VIP Operations and Finance teams to verify show-level financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized records of invoices and settlements. The ideal candidate has strong accounts receivable and reconciliation experience, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting live events and touring.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the post-show settlement process, reconciling ticket counts, VIP packages, and applicable fees with venues and internal teams
• Prepare and distribute venue settlement statements and invoices following each event
• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and reconciliation of incoming funds
• Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies related to ticket counts, fees, or contractual terms
• Collaborate with the VIP Operations and Finance teams to ensure financial data accuracy across events
• Maintain organized documentation of settlements, invoices, W-9s, and payment information in company systems and shared drives
•  Assist with compiling financial reports and supporting documentation related to event settlements
• Identify opportunities to improve settlement and invoicing processes as the business continues to scale
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience required
• Experience reconciling financial data and preparing invoices
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Interest in live events, touring, or the music industry preferred
• Comfortable working in-office five days per week
