How You’ll Make An Impact
The Media Coordinator will support the Media and Research Departments for a comedy and entertainment talk show.
What You’ll Do
Project manage media and research projects from concept to execution in a high-energy broadcast environment
Partner closely with high-level executives to support strategic media and research initiatives
Play a vital role in production meetings by tracking fast-paced discussions and contributing to key decisions
Be on the front lines of the show’s production, helping manage logistics during live broadcasts
Assist researchers with deep dives into guest backgrounds to provide compelling insights that drive unforgettable interviews.
Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics
Ensure mission-critical content is organized, updated, and accessible to the production and media teams
Review and polish on-air advertising scripts
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or broadcast setting. Internship and college broadcasting experience may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
Must thrive in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment with sharp attention to detail and stellar time-management instincts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling, grammar, proofreading, editing).
Professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with working in an environment with celebrities professionally.
Proficient in Adobe Audition and Microsoft Office – ready to edit audio clips, prep scripts, and support the broadcast with precision.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
