Solid Circles Pty Ltd is the touring agency behind the mighty powerhouse S.A.S.H, who bring the world's leading underground electronic artists to Australia and beyond, with their HQ located in the heart of Darlinghurst, Sydney.

Our Director Kerry has been directly involved in the music/entertainments sector for 20+ years & has built & grown the S.A.S.H brand all over the world. Solid Circles Pty Ltd acts as the artist touring business bringing the world's best talent down under year round, he owns/operates Sydney's best & newest club (Carousel).

We are a hard working group of organisations that provides quality music to patrons all over the world, safe environments for people of all ages to connect and have fun in, with ambitions to continue to innovate within our sector.

2.⁠ ⁠The role

The role as our Senior Touring Agent will be to manage and operate all aspects of the touring process between Solid Circles Touring and International and Domestic clients. This will include; fee negotiation, contracting, invoicing, booking of tour logistics and artist liaison.

The role will take place on-site in our Darlinghurst office & be permanent part-time OR full-time depending on the applicant.

**3.⁠ ⁠Key Role Goals

**1.⁠ ⁠Take on the current Solid Circles Touring roster & tours.
2.⁠ ⁠Expand the musical roster of artists of Solid Circles into broader and more diverse genres.
3.⁠ ⁠Provide artists to service the needs of both S.A.S.H, Carousel & promoters all around Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

1.⁠ ⁠Identify possible touring opportunities of artists to Australia based upon the needs of the business or the demands of the Australian market.
2.⁠ ⁠Negotiate contracting terms with foreign agents based upon budget.
3.⁠ ⁠Manage contracting and invoicing between foreign agents and Solid Circles.
4.⁠ ⁠Gather interest from Australian promoters / venues for upcoming possible tours.
5.⁠ ⁠Negotiate favourable terms and contracts for the domestic shows of the tour.
6.⁠ ⁠Generating contracts and invoices to domestic shows once a tour is confirmed.
7.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, promoters, and other key industry contacts.
8.⁠ ⁠Serve as the main point of contact for artists on tour, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth touring experience.

**4.⁠ ⁠Selection criteria
**
a. Proven experience as a Music Touring Agent or similar role in the music industry (preferred but not necessary)
b. In-depth knowledge of the Australian music scene, including venues, festivals, and industry trends.
c. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
d. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
e. Ability to work collaboratively with artists, management and multiple teams
f. A passion for music and a deep understanding of the needs of the business
