**What You’ll Do: **
• Focused on Sony Music Publishing’s strategic partnership with BeatStars.
• Work with Sony Music Publishing producers and manage their channels on the BeatStars marketplace.
• On behalf of the Sony Music Publishing producers, liaise with independent artists in the song creation process.
• Assist with social media marketing efforts to promote the Sony Music Publishing producers.
**Who You Are: **
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Passionate about the music and entertainment business, and have a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption.
• An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management.
• You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions and get excited about new projects.
• A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details.
• Proven Excel experience.
• Sound, professional presence over the phone and during times of stress.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM a plus.
• 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour. This does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
