The Opportunity

This is a chance to learn, grow, and play a real part in marketing our festivals and events. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team on creative campaigns, social media, partnerships, and day-to-day marketing activity.

What You’ll Do

Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns for festivals and live events

Help manage social media content, scheduling, and community engagement

Support email marketing campaigns and content creation

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and media partners

Carry out market research, competitor tracking, and trend spotting

Provide admin support across the marketing team as needed

What We’re Looking For

A passion for marketing and a genuine interest in electronic music / live events

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X)

Creative flair — writing, content ideas, or visual eye is a plus

Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player
