Key Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for the rights confirmation of large volumes of content, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of copyright information.
2. Coordinate UMPG internal resources to streamline licensing workflows and cross-department collaboration. 
3. Execute periodic royalty distribution tracking, data entry, and maintenance of copyright management systems.
4. Organize and analysis copyright documentation, generate periodic licensing data reports.
5. Provide backend support for copyright disputes, agreement reviews.   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in law, Copyright Management, Music Business, or related fields preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in back-office operations/copyright administration; music industry exposure is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
4. Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and cross-functional communication skills. 
5. Fluent in English (reading/writing for international copyright documentation).
6. The candidate should be able to remain stable under pressure, multitask effectively, and ensure task accuracy. Strong communication closure awareness is required.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Basic understanding of publishing industry operations and DSPs’ copyright policies. 
• Experience in music metadata (ISRC, ISWC) processing.
