We're looking for an Account Manager to join the client side of our team and own the day-to-day relationships with our label and artist clients.
What you'll be doing
• Being the main point of contact for a portfolio of music industry clients
• Sending regular updates and keeping clients informed throughout live campaigns
• Taking client briefs and making sure they're crystal clear before passing them to the campaign team
• Managing expectations, flagging risks early, and keeping things on track
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts (extensions, add-ons, new campaigns)
• Working closely with our Senior Account Manager and Campaign Managers to make sure delivery is seamless
What we're looking for
• Someone organised, reliable, and great at communicating, in writing especially
• Comfortable managing multiple clients or projects at the same time
• A natural at building relationships and keeping people in the loop
• Experience in music and/or creator marketing
• Previous experience in a client-facing, account management, or coordinator role
