We’re looking for a highly organised Influencer Campaign Coordinator to support our Campaign Manager and wider team. This role is central to keeping campaigns running to a high standard — from creator sourcing, to outreach, to tracking, to final delivery.
What You’ll Do
• Support day-to-day delivery of influencer and UGC campaigns across TikTok and Instagram
• Source, vet, and shortlist creators using internal databases, external tools, and platform searches
• Handle creator outreach, negotiations, and ongoing communication
• Track deadlines, deliverables, content status, and budget usage across campaigns
• Maintain organised documentation on Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Cobrand
• Collect drafts, manage approvals, and ensure timely uploads
• Assist the team with performance monitoring, reporting, and recommendations for next steps
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule
What You Bring
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, social media, or digital campaign roles
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends, creators, and platform culture
• Clear and confident written communication
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active campaigns at once
• Comfortable using tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and platforms like Cobrand
• Basic understanding of key performance metrics (reach, CPM, engagement rate, conversion signals)
Bonus Points
• Experience in music marketing or working with artists, labels, or entertainment brands
• Familiarity with UGC-style content and trend-driven campaigns
• Based in UK/EU time zones
Compensation
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
