The Role
We’re hiring an Artist Onboarding Specialist to speak directly with artists, understand their goals, and guide them into the right plan (Artist Plan or White Glove).
You’ll be:
• Running calls with inbound leads (if you have your own leads thats preferred)
• Converting trials into paying subscribers
• Upselling qualified artists into White Glove ($150/mo)
• Acting as the first real human touchpoint in the GTD experience
What You’ll Be Doing
• Take scheduled calls with potential artists
• Diagnose where the artist is stuck (release strategy, growth, positioning)
• Clearly explain how GTD works and why it’s different
• Close artists into:
• $30/month Artist Plan
• $150/month White Glove
• Follow up with warm leads and trial users
• Track performance and continuously improve your close rate
Who You Are
• You understand independent artists — their mindset, struggles, and goals
• You’re a strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• You can confidently guide someone from uncertainty → decision
• You’re not pushy — but you know how to close
• You’re organized and take ownership of your pipeline
Ideal Background
• Sales experience (SaaS, services, or high-touch products)
• OR experience in music (artist, manager, A&R, label, etc.) with strong communication skills
• Experience running calls / consultations is a big plus
What Success Looks Like
• Consistently closing inbound leads
• Converting trials into paying users
• Increasing % of users upgrading to White Glove
• Delivering a great first experience for every artist

Compensation
• Base + performance-based commission
• High upside for strong closers
• Clear path to increased responsibility as the team grows
