Artist Relations Representative (B2C Sales)
Job Summary:
As our Artist Relations Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by marketing and selling our Artist Development Program to talented musicians from your remote location. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships. This role requires effective communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. You will need to be relentless, incredibly quick thinking, and immune to deception, lies, smokescreens, or delusions from potential clients.
We have perfected a strong organic leads pipeline combined with a consistent inflow of warm leads from an ads campaign who are consistently available for you to dial. You will never run out of leads to call, DM, and book. This is a low five figure program with downsell offers as well. Commission amounts can be significant.
The music industry is a challenging space. Many of these leads will be skeptical or jaded and resistant to typical sales tactics. Our process has been developed over the last half decade to reliably qualify ideal candidates, set them for appointments, and close at a 60% close rate. You will learn and implement this exact process:
● Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling leads who have filled out a contact form and social media, to create a robust sales pipeline.
● Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Artist Development Program and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and transformative value to potential customers
● Negotiate and Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
● Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, and conversions, and regularly report progress to sales management.
● KPI Adherence: You will be required to book a consistent volume of Set and Close calls per week. These numbers will be tracked and you will be accountable for adhering to them, as well as adhering to the number of deals closed.
● Build Pipeline: Continue to nurture leads and form long term relationships with prospects that lead to purchases over time - even if the initial close is met with a “No.”
Additional Context:
This is not a sales job for a beginner. The chosen candidate will have a strong aptitude and consistently high close rate .

• The selected candidate will report directly to our CEO.
Requirements and Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, music business, marketing or related field preferred.
● Proven experience in remote sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers remotely.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Strong frame and personal boundaries.
● Aggressive work ethic.
● Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Strong time management and organizational skills.
● Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
● A quiet and dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
● Reliable internet connection and computer equipment suitable for remote sales activities.
Compensation:
● This is a 1099 Position. + $600/week in base salary. The selected candidate will receive 11% Commission on cash collected.
