Campaign Coordinator — Music Marketing

About the Role

We run a music marketing operation and need someone organized and sharp to own the full campaign process — from first email to posting.

This is a part-time, remote role. 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound campaign requests from clients. Send pricing and negotiate deals. Input campaigns into our internal system for approval. Once approved, send invoices and contracts. Coordinate filming with our team. Track every campaign through our project management system. Follow up on payments and make sure everything is collected on time. Make sure clients receive updates at every stage. Build real relationships with clients so they keep coming back.

What We're Looking For

Someone fast on email who always has their phone on them. Detail oriented — nothing can fall through the cracks. Understands how the music industry works, or is eager to learn fast. Can negotiate without being pushy. Organized enough to manage multiple campaigns at once. Experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus.

Note: Full training provided. You don't need to know our systems on day one — you just need to be sharp enough to learn them fast.
