We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented content manager to run 3-4 clip and fan pages for a music artist.
What You'll Do:
• Post 3-4 times per day, per account (spread throughout the day, not bulk posted)
• Source clips from reactions, streams, viral moments, etc. (we'll also supply some directly)
• Apply light edits to each post (examples provided so you know the style)
• Use approved captions and hashtags
• Track performance and flag top performers or underperformers
What You Won't Do:
• No DMs or community management
• No posting unapproved content
Page Structure:
• One page runs as a fan page (community/engagement focus)
• Others run as "[Artist] Clips" style pages
Ideal Candidate:
• Familiar with short-form content trends on TikTok and Instagram
• Has basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Organized and consistent with scheduling
• Communicates proactively about what's working and what's not
