Digital Marketing Manager / Director – Boom.Records

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Director to lead our marketing strategy and oversee digital campaigns across the Boom.Records roster. This person will drive creative strategy, manage a small internal team, and collaborate with artists, managers, and external partners to craft world-class digital rollouts.
Responsibilities
• Lead all digital marketing initiatives, from concept through execution and analysis.
• Develop overarching marketing strategies for artists and releases across DSPs, socials, and media.
• Manage content and social media strategy for label and artist campaigns.
• Direct paid media strategy and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with creative, A&R, and operations teams to align marketing goals with artist development.
• Oversee performance tracking and reporting across all platforms.
• Build and maintain key DSP and digital platform relationships.
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing within the music or entertainment industry.
• Proven success running digital campaigns for artists or major releases.
• Deep understanding of DSP ecosystems, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
• Strategic thinker who can balance creativity and performance.
