**About this role: **This person will lead the charge in shaping and executing digital marketing campaignsacross EF Records. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong pulse on digital trends, UGC, andplatform innovation, paired with the ability to drive results across campaigns, content, and creatorpartnerships. Working cross-functionally with A&R, artist teams, and external partners, this person willensure Electric Feel’s digital footprint is impactful, forward-thinking, and always artist-first.
**Strategic Leadership **
● Oversee multiple artist projects simultaneously, driving every stage of a digital music release fromconcept to completion.
● Lead marketing audits and strategic planning efforts to optimize campaign performance and marketing spend.
● Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure digital strategy supports company-wide goals and artist growth.
**Campaign Development & Execution **
● Brainstorm and execute content strategies across platforms – including socials, websites, fanpages, DSPs, and more
● Build and nurture community-driven initiatives both online and IRL, fostering deeper artist-fanconnections
● Develop and manage strong relationships with digital partners and affiliates to expand artistvisibility and reach
● Plan, budget, and launch targeted ad campaigns that effectively engage desired audiences andstrengthen market presence
Platform Growth & Innovation **
● Help build and position Electric Feel’s music distribution arm with standout digital strategy and branding.
● Stay ahead of emerging platforms, content trends, and audience behaviors to keep campaigns relevant and cutting-edge.
● Offer insights and liaise with external label and platform partners to ensure alignment and strategic value.
Measurement & Reporting
● Maintain a detail-oriented, highly organized approach to guarantee smooth rollouts across allcampaigns and releases
● Report on digital initiatives with regular updates, recaps, and insights during weekly meetings
● Maintain organized campaign calendars and ensure smooth rollout execution in tandem with A&R and label ops teams.
Requirements **
● 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a label, management company,distributor, or entertainment/media brand.
● You have a passion for music and tech – You’re chronically online with a fascination for A.I.
● Proven experience managing paid social and digital campaigns – including ad buying, targeting,and optimization.
● Strong analytical and reporting skills with familiarity in tools like Chartmetric & AirTable
● You have AMAZING organizational abilities.
● Excellent project management and communication skills; able to handle multiple artist campaignssimultaneously.
● Creative mindset and an understanding of how to connect audiences with music and cultureonline but stay curious and know when to ask questions
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, release-driven environment with tight deadlines.
