**Overview: We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Assistant to support day-to-day contentand digital tasks across Electric Feel’s management, records, and ventures brands. This role focuses fullyon social media execution, content support, tracking, and general digital organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities **
● Support Social Media Manager across multiple verticals 
● Monitor EF Entertainment & EF Ventures Instagram accounts daily for important posts, stories, or client activity 
● Help film, edit and brainstorm on-trend content for TikTok, Reels and the new EF Records TikTok account 
● Assist on posting multiple times a day on EF Records clients’ social accounts and archive content as needed 
● Own and update the weekly social tracker across all EF Ventures brands and EF umbrella accounts. 
● Assist in creating social audits and light decks for potential EF Ventures or Records clients.
● Stay aligned with internal teams to ensure roster/client updates are accurate and timely.
● Post for spam & fan accounts for records clients 
● Micro / Influencer reach outs 
**Requirements **
● Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, Reels, and current content trends 
● Basic short-form editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.) 
● Reliable, organized, and proactive with follow-through 
● Comfortable with basic deck building and digital organization 
● Passion for music, culture, and creative storytelling 
● Can-do attitude with ability to adapt to continually changing priorities and business needs
● Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment
● Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail
● Comfortable being on camera/front-facing on company’s Tik Toks
