Category: Artist Management

About The Company
Join a fast paced, multi-faceted music and production company operating at the highest level of the EDM industry. Unlike traditional management firms, we own and execute the entire ecosystem of our artists’ brands from global touring infrastructure and large-scale festival properties to record label operations and long-term brand strategy. We are seeking elite operators who want to build at scale and push the boundaries of live entertainment.
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Marketing & Management to lead the strategic engine across all facets of the EDM industry. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a vertically integrated entertainment ecosystem that encompasses global touring, proprietary multi-day destination festivals, a high-growth independent record label, a massive merchandise operation, and more.
As the Department Head, you will be responsible for the "big picture" brand trajectory. You will manage and continue to build a specialized team to drive record-breaking ticket sales, foster deep community loyalty, and ensure that every fan touchpoint, from a digital ad to an on-site festival experience, reflects our commitment to industry-leading production and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
High-Impact Strategic Innovation: Proactively identify and champion "needle-moving" marketing concepts that elevate artist and event brands beyond industry standards. You are expected to bring bold, high-concept ideas to the table using your breadth of experience and creative thinking. You will be empowered to direct departmental resources and cross-functional teams to transform those visions into reality across all our brands.
Departmental Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated marketing and management team, ensuring high-level synergy across all projects. Become an expert on the day-to-day work of the larger marketing and management team within 3 months of starting work. After integrating, work to improve processes and cross-functional communication and team collaboration.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain the integrity of world-renowned artist and festival brands while pushing the boundaries of how we engage with a global audience through emerging tech and creative campaigns.
Ticket Sales Revenue Optimization: Become obsessed with how our shows and festivals sell, and use our marketing engine to iterate on how each period of a sales cycle can best be engineered for sales growth from announcement to closeout. Utilize data-driven insights to manage all "on-sale" periods, monitor ticket velocity, and adjust strategies in real-time to meet aggressive year-over-year growth targets.
Collaborative Budget Management: Act as a strategic advisor to the team on marketing resource allocation. You will provide visibility into spend performance and contribute to budget-setting processes, ensuring that all investments spends from paid media to experiential activations are optimized for brand growth and fan engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 Years of Experience: Proven track record in high-level entertainment marketing, specifically within the festival or large-scale touring space.
Executive Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage the marketing lifecycle of a major music brand.
EDM Fluency: A sophisticated understanding of the electronic music landscape, current trends, and the unique behaviors of high-engagement fan communities.
Data Literacy: Expert-level ability to interpret sales data, consumer behavior, and digital metrics to inform multi-year growth strategies.
Why This Role?
You won't just be "marketing a brand," you will be managing a self-contained entertainment economy that touches concerts, festivals, music releases, brand management and beyond. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is passionate about delivering unparalleled experiences to fans on a global scale.
Growth Potential
We are looking for someone who has either done all of the things above before, or who we strongly believe can develop into this role in under 6 months based on overall talent and prior experience.
Salary
$120,000-$250,000 annually dependent on experience and qualification
Travel
Expect to be required to travel to at least 3 festivals or multi-day events per year. These trips may range from 3-10 days. You will also have the opportunity to attend other live events to get familiarized with the team and work in person as necessary.
