The Role
We are looking for a "mechanic" of the marketing world—someone who loves the technical side of digital communication. Working parallel to our Social Media lead, you will be responsible for the infrastructure that drives ticket sales and fan retention. From project coordination across departments to managing paid ad accounts to crafting the perfect email and SMS blasts, you are the person who ensures the right message hits the right fan at the right time across our marketing and communications' channels. This also includes editing and upkeeping fan-facing communications materials like event information and website copy for multi-day festivals across North America.
Key Responsibilities
• Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ad campaigns to drive festival and tour ticket sales.
• Retention Strategy: Lead the Email and SMS marketing strategy, including list segmentation, automation, and copy for regular newsletters.
• Website Copy Management: Oversee all website copy refreshes across our websites of event information, tour calendars, music releases and more.
• Project Coordination: Act as the "nuts and bolts" lead, managing asset delivery timelines and ensuring the marketing calendar is strictly adhered to.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on conversion rates, open rates, and digital ad performance to the team.
Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects by assigning tasks with complete information, communicating with team members and ensuring work is done on deadline.
• Technical proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Laylo, or similar CRM/Email/SMS tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail, completeness and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, especially during high-stakes festival launches.

Travel
Expect to be required to travel to at least 3 major festivals or multi-day concerts per year. These trips may range from 3-10 days.
Salary
$70,000-$110,000 annually dependent on experience and qualification
