FutureACTS Merch is a merch division built specifically for emerging artists, a joint venture between ACTS Music Group & FutureNow Music. Providing merch for tours, one off events, and bespoke runs where no minimum orders and no gatekeeping is the whole point. We're not here to oversell artists on stock they can't move. We're here to help them actually profit from their merch, no matter the scale.

The role
Reporting directly to the CEO of FutureNow Music Group, you'll be responsible for the end to end delivery of merch for our clients.
You'll be talking to artists and event organisers, helping them figure out what merch makes sense for their budget and their audience. You'll assist with design, either refining what they bring to you or building something from scratch, and manage the full process through to print and delivery. The printing and pressing side of things we'll train you up on. The people skills and design confidence? That needs to come with you.
This is a casual position to start, with a genuine path to full time as the division grows.
What we're looking for
• Confident communicator, you'll be the face of FutureACTS Merch to every client
• Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar. We care about the eye, not the software)
• Comfortable working through budgets with artists, being honest about what's realistic
• Organised and able to manage multiple orders and timelines at once
• Passion for music, artist culture, or the merchandise and apparel space
• Willingness to travel when required
No background in printing or merch production needed, we'll teach that side. What we can't teach is how to make artists feel looked after.
