About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Creator Scout to identify, evaluate, and source creators across major social platforms. This role is critical to building a strong, scalable creator network and ensuring the right talent is matched to the right campaigns—every time.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Expertise
• ****Maintain a strong working knowledge of all major social platforms, including emerging features, formats, and best practices.
Creator Discovery & Sourcing
• Consistently discover active creators across all audience sizes (micro to macro), including both established and emerging talent with strong engagement.
Genre & Niche Identification
• Source creators across a wide range of niches and content styles, including (but not limited to) music, lifestyle, fitness, beauty, comedy, gaming, fashion, and culture.
Geolocation Awareness
• Identify and source creators across multiple cities, regions, and countries to support both local and global initiatives.
Performance Evaluation
• Analyze creator performance metrics such as average views, engagement rate, posting consistency, and audience authenticity.
Rate Collection & Benchmarking
• Gather creator rates and assess alignment with performance benchmarks and campaign budgets.
Creator Vetting
• Evaluate creators for potential red flags, including fake engagement, inconsistent posting, brand safety concerns, or poor content quality.
Organization & Documentation
• Maintain accurate, well-organized databases or lists of creators, including key details such as handle, platform, niche, location, average views, rates, and notes.
Trend Awareness
• Stay up to date on platform trends, viral sounds, formats, and shifts in creator behavior to identify talent early.
Outreach & Communication
• Conduct professional outreach to creators, introduce collaboration opportunities, and manage early-stage conversations before internal handoff.
Scalability Mindset
• Continuously expand, refresh, and diversify the creator network to increase sourcing capabilities over time.
Reliability & Consistency
• Deliver creator recommendations consistently for assigned campaigns and meet deadlines for sourcing requests.
Collaboration Readiness
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure creator selections align with campaign objectives, creative direction, and brand values.
Experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, talent scouting, social media, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with creator ecosystems on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Proven ability to evaluate creator performance using engagement metrics, audience quality, and content consistency
• Experience sourcing creators across multiple niches and audience sizes
• Comfortable collecting, organizing, and benchmarking creator rates against performance and budget expectations
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining creator lists, databases, or CRM-style tools
• Excellent written communication skills for professional creator outreach and relationship building
• High level of cultural awareness and trend sensitivity across digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside creative, strategy, or campaign teams
