We manage strategy, touring logistics, merchandise operations, and day-to-day decision-making that keep careers moving forward. Our role is to protect the artist’s interests, create stability, and build sustainable, long-term success.

Objective
To provide administrative, operational, and project management support to the Management Team and affiliated artist(s),
Core Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
• Prioritize and track internal workflows, task lists, and communications
• Manage email correspondence, draft responses, and flag urgent matters
• Maintain organized digital systems for contacts, files, contracts, and financial documentation
• Serve as a liaison between artist management, legal, business management, and external partners
Project Management
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for music and business-related projects.
• Create and manage internal trackers, documents, and status reports
• Coordinate responsibilities across cross-functional teams, escalating issues when needed
• Ensure all components of ongoing projects stay aligned and on deadline.
Presentation & Documentation Support
• Prepare decks, reports, and supporting materials for financial, marketing, or business meetings
• Format and proof documents, create visual aids, and organize summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Support meeting prep with agenda creation, materials, and documentation follow-up.
Contract & Insurance Coordination
• Track contract execution and renewal dates across vendors, talent, venues, and partners
• Liaise with legal and business management teams to coordinate review and compliance requirements
• Maintain a centralized and well-organized archive of all executed agreements and insurance certificates
• Support the management of COIs, renewals, artist-specific policies, and vendor insurance requirements as needed
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in business administration, operations, or project management within the music or entertainment industries
• Familiarity with contracts, insurance policies, and document workflows
• Discretion, professionalism, and reliability when handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Adobe or similar programs), and presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Expected Hours & Availability
• Working US time zone
• Willingness to respond to time-sensitive issues related to business operations or personal coordination
KPIs / Performance Expectations
• Timely coordination and completion of administrative, legal, and operational tasks
• Clear communication, tracking, and escalation across all areas of responsibility.
• High-quality documentation and oversight of contracts and insurance-related items
• Reliable, confidential support that empowers the Music Business Manager and artist to focus on high-level priorities.
