We are looking for a social media manager to own our online presence and keep our content fresh, on-brand, and engaging. You'll be the voice of the label across platforms, working closely with artists to amplify their releases and build our community.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and post daily content across Instagram (primary focus) and other platforms as we expand
• Design graphics for posts, stories, announcements, artist features, and release promotions
• Maintain a cohesive, on-brand aesthetic across all content
• Create quick-turnaround content for milestones, stats, and release day announcements
• Engage authentically with our audience and the broader music community
• Coordinate with artists for reposts, collaborations, and cross-promotion opportunities
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what works
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience managing social media for music labels, artists, or collectives
• Design skills in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of bass music culture, underground aesthetics, and electronic music community
• Eye for dark, aggressive, stylish visuals that align with our brand identity
• Self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of what content performs on social platforms
• Fast response time and availability during release windows
Compensation:
• Pay: Up to $2,000/month depending on experience
• Part-time, flexible hours
• Independent contractor position
• Must be responsive during release days and urgent announcements
