Responsibilities :
​1. Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and PR teams to plan targeted campaigns around product lifecycles (new launch, peak season and etc.), delivering content that resonates with ​COI audiences. Optimize followers demographics to support exposure, conversion and retention.
  • Develop annual operational plans for Bilibili and Douyin accounts based on brand positioning and product marketing objectives/strategies.
  • Define differentiated content matrices, resource allocation and ROI targets to drive sustained growth in brand visibility and fans engagement.
    ​2. Content Creation & Management
  • Lead content production (from topic ideation, scriptwriting, review to publishing), ensuring alignment with platform trends and brand identity.
  • Capture trend topics to produce viral content and uplift engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares and etc.).
  • Support LM on managing the brand’s social account matrix, coordinating multi-account resource and ensuring cross-platform content synergy.
    ​3. Public Opinion Management & Crisis Response
  • Monitor comments, private messages and buzz sentiment across official accounts in real time, deal with negative feedback promptly.
  • Develop crisis management strategies (e.g. PR statements, public opinion guidance) to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Generate public opinion reports regularly to identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
    4. Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Track key metrics of KPI (followers demographics, views, engagement, ROI, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights through regular reports.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms and industry trends to refine operational strategies/action plans.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in social media operation with proven experience in building accounts from scratch on Bilibili/Douyin.
  • Familiarity with Red/Weibo operation and multi-platform synergy management.
  • Experienced in public opinion monitoring and crisis response.
  • Strong content intuition with creative planning and copywriting expertise.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills using analytics tools.
  • Leadership, cross-department communication and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for vendor coordination.
