We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok to scout trending audios and sounds for content. You'll be the ears on the ground; finding sounds that are currently hot or about to blow, as long as they're fresh (within the last month).
What You'll Do:
•   Submit 10 trending audio recommendations every day into our Monday.com system
•   Each submission includes: audio link, current usage count, why it's trending, and a content angle suggestion
•   Follow genre direction — some days it's phonk, some days it's melodic, some days it's meme sounds. You'll be guided on what to hunt for
•   Sounds can be currently blowing up OR early catches — just nothing stale or past its peak
•   Be flexible — sometimes you'll be asked to scout other content beyond audio (trends, formats, hooks, etc.)
•   Track which picks perform well and refine your scouting over time
You're a Fit If:
•   You're on TikTok 2-4+ hours daily (this is a requirement, not a joke)
•   You understand music culture — EDM, bass, phonk, underground sounds
•   You know the difference between "trending now" and "trending 2 months ago"
•   You can take direction and pivot quickly when priorities shift
•   You're comfortable using Monday.com (or can learn fast)
•   You're organized and can deliver on a consistent schedule
