About the Role:
****We’re looking for a motivated and organized person to join the WVE team! This role helps keep things running smoothly by handling everyday tasks like onboarding new accounts, booking campaigns, and pulling analytics for social media posts. You’ll be the go-to person between accounts and the team, helping take care of smaller details so everyone can focus on the big picture.What You’ll Do:
• Help onboard new accounts and keep account info up to date
• Book and coordinate campaigns across different platforms
• Pull and share performance analytics for Instagram and other posts
• Communicate with accounts to make sure everything runs on schedule
• Reach out to 50–70 accounts per day as part of outreach and campaign support
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks to keep projects moving smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience required — ideally in the music industry, social media, or a related creative field
• Experience with social media posting and understanding online content trends
• Knowledge of Memes, POV content, car POVs, lyric videos, covers, archives, sports edits, movie/TV edits, anime edits, and fitness creators
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and organization skills
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Familiar with Slack and general social media platforms
• Strong Problem-Solving skills and ability to think quickly
