About the role:
The Evening Studio Host serves as the primary front-of-house presence for the studios during evening hours, responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience across the studio, office, and hospitality spaces. This role ensures smooth communication between teams, maintains exceptional presentation standards, and supports the overall flow of sessions and guest activity throughout the facility.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, guests, and team members arriving to the facility during evening hours
• Greet and escort clients to the appropriate studio, lounge, or floor with a polished and professional presence
• Maintain a consistent, high level of hospitality aligned with Electric Feel standards
• Anticipate client needs and proactively support a comfortable, elevated studio experience
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and other studio staff to ensure sessions run smoothly
• Communicate real-time updates between floors (management, security, studio, office, restaurant/bar) to maintain alignment across teams
• Support client requests, including hospitality coordination and general assistance
• Maintain awareness of the daily session schedule and studio activity
• Relay schedule updates, delays, or changes to appropriate team members in real time
• Act as a central communication hub between departments during active sessions
• Ensure smooth transitions between sessions and proper room readiness
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of studios, lounges, kitchens, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and 5-star presentation standards
• Identify and escalate any maintenance or operational issues to the appropriate team members
• Support general organization and readiness of shared spaces throughout the evening
• Assist with maintaining a polished, guest-ready environment at all times
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality, luxury service, or client-facing environment
• Familiarity with creative or recording studio environments preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and adapt in real time
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in a high-profile client environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation and overall guest experience
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a high standard of professionalism
